when i saw them at the trobadour with about 100 people around 1980, i sat in the front row ...right under IVY, who was wearing the shortest, tightest,mini-skirt....and as they played one of the best sets i'd heard in a long long time,,,the whole time i was staring, staring,, hypnotized by her legs and red panties..i nearly drooled myself to death..IVY i love you.

No offence Zor but not sure thats little known....but maybe thats my age...The Cramps ARE the best band on the planet and its about time they stopped taking Es and LSD in the Hollywood hills and came and played live again...check out the "Tear it up" posting from Oslo 2006 when Luxy was a mere 61yo!

Little known fact, The Cramps basically invented psychobilly before The Meteors even did it, but Bryan Gregory's guitar style actually helped to influence and create shoegaze as well. The Cramps are one of the greatest bands of all time, I hope they're around a lot longer. |
