No bother ;) This birth was the hardest of all 3. I had been in intense labor for 12 hours. I think he was in a difficult position, which made it more painful, and i had to work a little harder to push him out. I have over an hour of labor on tape, but it's mostly us talking between contractions, and me moaning/screaming durring which is why i edited it so short.

it was a combination - like how some people grunt while weight lifting etc. but it was also very intense, and it did hurt.

But why did you scream like that in this birth and why didn't you do it in the third one? And have you also got a longer video of this birth, like the other one?
