I just got this album on amazon for kicks ( I was recently in Bye Bye Birdie) and loved Chita's songs.

I saw it! First show ever where the ushers were like "this ain't gonna make it" (they've seen it all). Chita was awesome in this song and the number when she sings with laundry detergent. Donald O'Connor was embarrassed/embarrassing; one good gag when he looks at the wall like he's gonna run up it (a la "Singin'") and then decides to skip it; all the stuff with the kids was horrible. The Conrad Birdie as fat Elvis was awesome. If they'd cut the kids out this could have gone somewhere.

Where did you find this?! Inside the Ark of the Covenant?

WOW. Thrilling. The woman is truly Broadway royalty, like we needed more proof.

Chita is wonderful but the show is lame... sequels dont work for musicals... the only type of repetitive show is in revues like Zigfield follies... love chita though

I saw this!!! Chita dragged that turkey back to life every time she was onstage (as you can see). Thank you for posting!
