Manning told the truth. Monster hurricane approaches it pretty much is common sense to get out of the way. These churches who've raped their congregation for millions hauled ass when they could've spent money to help these people get out. Fed gov't didn't help because they're tired of hearing the black man bitch and complain and make excuses. This complaining has been going on for 500 years. Has anything been gained?
