willie is definetly from Watkins Glen NY. His friends from Watkins all know him as "Buck". Very rural part of Upstate NY where everyone has a thick country accent.
His dad built him the coolest wiffle ball field a kid could ever have. Dugouts, cut out infield the whole 9 yards.

Now that I think about it more, might be an upstate NY accent, like those banjo pickers from up in the Catskills region maybe.

It's a strange accent, not really southern, def. not Texan. Not quite a New England accent either. I'm from Jersey, it's not a Jersey or NY accent. I think it's a made up accent! My best guess it's from one of those gray areas (DE, MD, VA, WVA, TN???) I dunno.
