This particular type of singing is called naat. It is merely poetry that praises the final prophet.
If you dont like it.. jus stick to the qur'an and sunnats brother..

wel sed, if a person today memorises d Qur'an dat person is well respectd but wen it comes to glorifying the Prophet (sallahu alaihi wasallam) hu actually recieved the revelation ppl seem to have a problem wiv it, jus dont see d logic behind wahabis
