Powell is the fastest in the world. If you clock his fastest compaired to anyone else fastest, even bolt, Powell would have the fastest time. Powell's 50 meters is so fast, however Bolt is a consistant runner with consistant strides that eventually eats people down.

yea u are right but the wind was definitely on his side that time. powel jus need to work on his psych game then he can come to bolt and beat him anyday.

Where do you find these 10m split times - what website?
spider6494 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
powell is a great athlete but most of the time he cant put in a good performance when it really matters.
danny941016 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
the 10m split times are really recorded by the IAAF, all you do is add the first 60ms together which includes the reaction time with his first 10 m split and you get a total of 6.19 which is his time for 60m, this is how they analized he could have ran sub 9.65 had he not slowed down in beijing based on his 60-100m split times
