I guess there are a few big connections between OCD and anorexia. Both involve fear as a natural emotion getting out of proportion becoming persistent and unsettling to the point where they interfere with life. Also, anorexia can involve compulsions such as checking oneself in the mirror, similar to people with OCD washing their hands.

I guess it's closely related, it might be a form of obsessive-compulsive behaviour, hence the idea of putting these two things together
generally, you're forced to do certain things that your inner voice tells you to do in order to achieve some piece of mind, even though you know they are irrational and may hurt you

this guy is beautiful,vocals amazing,and rock's better and the more expressive,powerfull and emotionall then any other musicall genry,rap's just a beat and some words that sometimes don't even make sense and they're all based on money,drugs,hoes,da gang,da street,shit like that,that's nothin important or meaningfull,it's good for parties sometimes maybe but something else no,not really...some1 put a bullet in that hip-fuker's head for even commentin a rock video,go bak to ur gay-unit
