I think women should be able to have careers if they want but that tells you something. Back then, the dollar was strong enough for a sexist society to actually thrive. Yeah, only the man worked but in our country today that could never be a reality. Not that women should or shouldn't work but the concept of only 1 person in a middle class home needing a job for the family to get by is almost unheard of anymore thanks to this economy.

I wonder if Laffer ever coughed up the penny he owes to Schiff...Ironically, Laffer probably doesn't have a penny to give after the recession.

That was a little surreal over two years later. Laffer, who is a very respected guy in his field was so off base in that video. It makes him look crazy now, looking back.

Same happen to me, one of my older mentor cycling friends advise and told me around 04 that the market would crash in a few years and the way we have been going it was going to be a hard one. He has proven himself correct so far.
