no, I didn;t say this song is garbage, what i said is that the 50's fashions and conservative attitude is real garbage. i love the 60's so i also love this song. i am sorry for the misunderstanding

"The Hucklebuck" was first recorded around 1950 - at this moment I can't think of the exact year or the original performer. In the dance craze of the early '60s, it was one of the older dance songs that was resurrected. This version is tad later, shading into the go-go years. And it is FAB - or, as George said in "A Hard Day's Night", it's GEAR.
