Yea, it is true. I think that is because the audience also looks at personality in and out of the dance floor, and not only at the dancing.

I 100% agree, but sometimes the audience make mistakes. It has happened on American Idol to eliminate one girl who had an AMAZING voice. When that was announced the audience that were there and the judges were surprised!

At the beginning, it is both the judges and the audience that chose their favorite dancers. And i don't think it is bad thing that the audience votes because dancing is to be appreciated by all and not only by professionals. So it won't really make sense if only the judges could vote. And also everyone that makes it to the top 20 is a pretty good dancer and that was up to the judges not to the audience. The producers know what they are doing and made the audience be able to vote for a reason.

This is out of his comfort zone, he is a hip hop dancer, but he did try his best to make it look good. Considering the amount of time he had to learn the Tango from knowing nothing about it, I think he did great, and she was just sensational.

well the guy isn't very straight. He needs to work on his posture. Dancers have a very 'specific' posture. I can always tell who is a dancer by the way they stand. Good moves, good technique and beautiful couple though. |
