After Revolver the band went downhill. They just kept improving, but then The Dead Eye was released and as great as it was, they it lacked compared to Revolver, and Versus was not nearly as good as I hoped. Moronic Colosus and Iron Mask are the only stand out songs on that record, and when there are only two notable songs you can tell that you're in trouble.

This is the authentic THE HAUNTED!! One Kill Wonder kick ass, and so their previous works, The Haunted and Made me Do It. And now are more metalcore than pure thrash metal, like the old days...

Don't get me wrong, The Haunted kicks ass, but they are quite honestly not even on the same page as Slayer. When it comes to thrash, Slayer always has and always will rule above all else IMO.
