I think Richard Ashcroft wasn't pleased at being tagged as a rude, selfabsorbed badass without respect for the rest of mankind. Look at his vid "Musik is Power". As he walks through the kitchen he bumps into a cook and he apologizes in a humble manner. He appears to be saying sorry to all the people he ever bumped into.
