No. Simba is the father of Kiara. Zira is the mother of Kovu. Scar is Kovu's uncle. Simba has no relation to Kovu which explains his toward him. This is because Scar killed Mufasa, Simbas dad. Simba wants nothing to do with a descendant of Scar and Kovu is not from the Pridelands
