I love it! It's so classicaly musical theatre, the boys all crowd around Kim when she sings, then the girls all crowd around Hugo when he tries to make Kim jealous. Great dancing!

I get a kick out of 'Conrad'. He's a legend in his own mind. :)

I remember seeing part of the movie back in the late 60's. I remember being just totally into the movie. When a thunderstorm came up and knocked the power out. I never got to see all of the movie. I was 9 or 10 yrs old.

The Best movie ever. I was thirteen years old, and I saw the movie at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City, N.Y. I will never forget the experience. I was so awed by
Ann Margret, I just stayed put in my seat. To this day I'm looking for the girl that would take my heart away the way that she did!!!!!!!!!!!

A masterful sequence. It does two things at once: It advances the plot of the film (as lovers Ann-Margret and Bobby Rydell work out their fight by trying make each other jealous in a classic dance-off), and at the same time provides a stunning break-out performance for Ann-Margret. In her skin-tight capris and ballet flats, she manages to be sweet and drop-dead sexy at the same time. And girl can move!! Live indeed!!

Annie's thinking..."What did I do?" (Leaving Hugo behind), while "Mr. Hot Shot" blows out of town.

This dance number is the best. Great cast, Ann Margaret, Bobby Rydell, & Janet Leigh. Dick Van Dyke was great in this movie and Paul Lynde played the dad. lol. |
