Well we have to realize their our millions of us and just a handful in power. We can change the country but too many are scared.

Just goes to show everyone that yes, Bush and this administration is evil. They don't know how to do anything but lie! I am counting the minutes for Obama to take office. ANY President would have to work overtime to fuck up as bad as Bush has. That fucker along with Cheney are going STRAIGHT TO HELL!

well look at it this way, Bush's regime is going to be a HARD shit show to make worse.
Obama has alot of potential, lets just see where it takes us!

qualqui: Well said. Football, Britney, Capitalism, etc. are good only if they are balanced by civil and global responsibility. Sometimes I think that it's a good idea to imagine working in the White House in order to get a feel for what's really going on and what should be done. Blind trust and blind rebellion are equally fatal to our Constitutional Republic.

U.S. standing in the world has already improved with his win. Still, that may be short lived. Pretty sure the economy will slow down many of his ambitious promises. His win is a morale boost for many, and this has some value. I wish him well, and our country. May we avoid the fate of many great nations before us which dealt in similar circumstances.

its cuz the media makes it more important to be in tune with monday nite football, britney spears and other materialistic endeavors than about concentrating on makin' the USA and world a better place to live in.
qualqui (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
yeah, and now that Obama "wins" the presidential race, many are proclaimin' that things will get better but i dunno.....(sighs)lets see what the future brings.
