I'm simply saying that, a)tasing IS, currently, a legal means of forcing compliance & b)it was his choice to be tased. It was a full minute from the first time they told him to stop resisting & then warned him he'd be tased until they finaly did. All he had to do was follow their orders & stop resisting.
