i'm guessing there sound recorders at some undercover agent that wasnt part of the frozen actors but to record videos and audio, all video cameras are hidden, so no one will suspect that there recording going on

Please explain to me how they were able to record the voice of a man who is talking on a walkie talkie. especially if this is completely random. i just can't understand why anyone would think this actually happened as a random event. the "passers by" are actors. horrible
