Well, he stresses the price, but they still where lucky and found a solution in Cupertino. That they are the largest tax payer, the price, it coast them alot more then they would like but they went ahead and did it, that it's going to take sometime with the approvals and stuff.
He would like to get the land cheaper, maybe tax reduction, and that they approve the plans (might be some stuff they will not like.. size wise.

Maybe it wasn't publicly known that he's gonna attend. I bet if it was, it would have been filled with every apple fanbody in the area.

Just two thing that city need to do, to bring all the instalations in that area like wather, power lines, roads,etc, and aprove unificaton of nine separate realestate in one which means, lose some streets betwen that estates.... |
