This is one of my favorite overtures.
I don't know how Levine does it, but he sure does get great results from the opera orchestra. The whole /morale/ of an orchestra seems to be really good whenever Levine is at the helm.

It´s about the attitude of this Baroque players this day. They think they discovered something new. That Mozart was never right, until they were born. Actually they are very arrogant.
But you are just a little girl. You don´t understand anything. Not even that most of the Baroque guys are Amateurs. Probably you are too. So don´t answer if nobody asked for your opinion. I know what I talk about. You just a big blablabla

lolmanerik, I adore Mozart and baroque too, but what you say is not correct, a music lover would not talk like that.
Baroque has also drama, feelings, pain... if you say it has not, it's just because you don't know.
Listen to Bach's work, Vivaldi (my video)...
