The song talks about the feelings of a child who was left behind his parents in a hostel as he was dyslexic. He says he is afraid of darkness and he cares of his mother. And he knows that his mother understands him. He asks her not leave him behind so that even if he wants he cannot come back. He asks if he is that bad. He says when his father cradles him hard, he becomes frightened. He cannot say this to her but he hopes his mother understands him.

just love this song , and whenever i listen to this song it jus tmake me cry . my mom is a live she is with me but till now i couldnt say my feeling to her that how much i love her , how much i care , i can't see when my mom cries,not coz it hurst me but i cant do anything coz i becam helpless ,i know all momsssssss knows eveyrthing but still i wanna say Mom love u alot (unse kehta nahi per min sehm jaty ho ma, chehre pe anydety nahi per dil he dil gabra jaty ho MAAA)
