He simply means will it shake on the ground presumingly is the plane to heavy?.. the answer would be depending on what kind of airplane it is and how bad the earthquake is :)

No, the airplane is not connected to the Earth so it does not shake. If it were in a confined space (like a bee flying a school bus) it might experience some jarring, but the Earth's atmosphere is too big and the percentage of crust actually moving is very small. Think of it this way--the ocean rolls constantly but that doesn't affect the plane. :)
